The fuse box is the electrical heart of the car, allowing you to easily and specifically address various electrical components of the vehicle. Before discovering where the fuse box of your Ford Escape is located, ensure that the engine is off and the battery is disconnected.

Next, go inside the vehicle (passenger side) and locate the small plastic cover in the lower area of the dashboard. Remove it using a small flathead screwdriver, and right below, you will have access to the fuse box you were looking for.
