This video explains how to do a do-it-yourself general maintenance service for a Ford Transit. Open the engine compartment, extract the oil dipstick, unscrew the oil cap, unscrew the bolt located under the oil pan but previously place a pan to collect the old oil. To replace the oil filter previously wet the new filter with oil and screw it by hand, once the oil tank is closed, pour in the new oil. The brake oil tank is always positioned in the engine compartment, unscrew the cap and for the brake oil just pull it off with a syringe. For the antifreeze liquid, the tank is positioned in the engine compartment, just unscrew the cap and pour in the new liquid, the blue one recommended. An 80 Ah is used for the battery, always check the battery measurements. Finally, it is advisable to change the diesel filter every 2 oil filter changes, what can corrode is the filter float, everything is always positioned in the engine compartment.
