Instructions for Replacing the Camshaft

Model: Ford Fiesta Fiesta 4, Be91, MK 4, MK IV - Years 1996-2002

Before proceeding with the installation of the new camshaft, generously lubricate both the new camshaft and the corresponding sliding seats on the cylinder head with clean oil; then insert the camshaft, securing it with the relevant brackets and insert the oil seals with the lip facing inwards; apply the key for securing the timing belt pulley and fix it with the corresponding pin; lubricate and then insert the tappets to which the valve rocker arms will be attached; align the timing references and install the timing belt.
