Why has the "SYNC" system of the Ford Kuga stopped working?

If the "SYNC" navigation system of the Ford Kuga has suddenly stopped functioning, first check the status of the respective fuses, the location of which is indicated in this video. As shown, the first fuse is located in the box inside the engine compartment, right next to the battery, and is labelled F67. The second and last fuse is located in the box positioned on the left wall of the boot and is labelled F14. If faulty, ensure you use replacements with the same amperage to avoid damaging the connected devices.
