How to Perform a Service and Oil Change on a Ford C-Max

This video shows you how to perform a service and oil change on a Ford C-Max. Check the label attached to the inner edge of the door for when the last service was done and what work was completed. Three operations that should be done regularly to keep the engine in good condition are 1) Oil change, 2) Oil filter change, and 3) Air filter change. Start by opening the oil cap located in the engine bay. Next, remove the pipe that blocks access to the oil filter and use a spanner to loosen the oil filter, allowing it to drain the oil inside. Lift the car on a ramp and first unscrew the protective panel, then the oil drain plug to drain the old oil. Once all the oil is drained, close everything up and lower the car. Proceed to introduce the new oil through the filler neck in the engine bay and replace the oil filter and air filter as shown in the video.
