How to Remove the EGR Valve from the Ford Fiesta 1.4 TDCi

Model: Ford Fiesta Fiesta 6, MK 6, MK VI - Years 2008-2017

To replace the EGR valve on this vehicle in a DIY manner, refer to the useful instructions in this description and the tutorial video. Open the bonnet and disconnect the negative terminal of the battery for safety. Next, disconnect the pressure sensor connector from the turbo and remove the air pipe. Remove the air filter housing and take out the filter. Then, disconnect the fuel filter feed pipes and remove the filter as well. Under the filter, you will find the EGR valve; proceed to unscrew the mounting bolts of the valve and disconnect the electrical connector. At this point, you can extract the valve and proceed with its replacement.
