If we need to replace the EGR valve on this car in DIY mode, we can find some useful information in this description and also in the video tutorial. Open the bonnet and to be safe, disconnect the battery negative pole. Then disconnect the turbine pressure probe clamp and disconnect the air hose. Remove the box containing the air filter and remove it. Then unhook the fuel filter feed pipes and remove the latter too. Under the filter we find the EGR valve, proceed to unscrew the valve fixing bolts and disconnect the electric terminal. At this point we can extract the valve and proceed with its replacement.

First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video.
