In this video, see how to reset the service light on a Ford Transit MK8. First, turn on the ignition by simply turning the key to the on position, without starting the engine. If there are any messages, you will need to clear them by pressing OK. Then, press and hold down the accelerator and brake pedals simultaneously.

The dashboard will indicate that the service reset is in progress. Keep both pedals pressed until it tells you that it is complete.

This operation may take about 20 seconds. When the message appears, you can release the pedals and you’re done.
