Engine Oil Replacement Instructions

Replacing the engine oil is the easiest maintenance task you can perform yourself, provided you dispose of the used oil at an authorised collection centre. Position the vehicle on suitable ramps to facilitate access to the oil sump and drain the oil through the drain plug located just behind the sump; during the engine oil replacement, it is recommended to also change the filter located at the rear right of the engine block: apply some oil to the seal of the new filter before screwing it in; once the new filter is installed and the plug under the sump is tightened, fill the engine with clean oil until the maximum level is reached.
