In this tutorial, you will see how to reset the oil service on the Ford Explorer, a very simple and quick operation to perform only after completing the required scheduled maintenance work. First, insert the key and turn on the instrument cluster; it is not necessary to start the engine. Next, access the general menu by pressing the left arrow button on the steering wheel. Then enter "Settings", "Vehicle", and finally "Oil Life Reset". At this point, as indicated on the display, press and hold the "OK" button to complete the reset.
