This brief video guide shows the entire procedure to reset the service light, which indicates engine oil maintenance, on a Ford Transit of the eighth generation, produced from 2014 to 2022. This operation is very simple and can be done independently after changing the engine oil in your vehicle.

First, press and hold both the brake and accelerator pedals simultaneously, then turn on the instrument cluster without starting the engine.

Once done, you will see the reset notification on the vehicle's information display, so continue to hold the pedals until the reset completed notification appears to finish the job.
