In this tutorial, you will see how to replace the crankshaft pulley on the Ford C-MAX, a simple operation if you have good manual skills. First, lift the front right side of the engine, then remove both the wheel and the inner wheel arch cover. Next, locate the pulley in question, undo the large central fixing bolt with an 18mm socket, and separate it from the shaft. At this point, you can position the replacement part, tighten the bolt with thread lock, and attach the belt, preferably a new one.
