How to Remove the Centre Console of a Ford Fiesta MK7

In this video, you will see how to remove the centre console of a Ford Fiesta MK8: start by unscrewing the screws at the top of the dashboard and removing the air vents. Remove the gear knob, then the gaiter, and the handbrake compartment. Next, unscrew the entire console from the screws at the bottom so it can move; this way, you can see where the screws are located at the top. Then, remove the radio surround - with the A/C controls - by disconnecting the electrical connectors, take out the front glove box, and by doing so, free the centre console which can then be removed by unscrewing the final screws and disconnecting the last connectors. This video also includes further disassemblies (as it is a vehicle intended for scrapping) where all the electronic equipment under the console is removed, but we believe this part may not particularly interest DIY enthusiasts.
