Ford Ranger - Video tutorial
Model: Ford Ranger
T6
- Years 2011-2023 In this video, we see how to replace the fuel filter on a Ford Ranger T6 version. We start by opening the hood, using the release lever located on the lower part of the dashboard, on the driver's side. The fuel filter is located on the left side of the engine compartment. We disconnect the connector of the water sediment sensor and release the sensor from the fuse and relay box bracket. We use a screwdriver to release the electrical clips from the fuel filter box and disconnect the diesel fuel inlet tube. We lift the filter box and remove it, placing it in a basin. Now we remove the retaining ring to loosen the filter cap; it has an arrow pointing in the direction it needs to be turned to loosen it. We then lift the cap and remove the old filter element, and using a screwdriver, we remove the O-ring from the container. We clean the container thoroughly, drying it carefully, then install the new O-ring (which we will lubricate with diesel fuel) and the filter, and then put the cap back in place. We put the element back in place, reconnecting all the electrical connectors and the fuel tube. We reconnect the sediment sensor to the fuse box. Now we turn on the ignition, leave it on for about 45 seconds; repeat this several times and check for any fuel leaks from the filter or connections. We start the engine and let it idle for a few minutes.

How to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen PoloLet's see in this short and simple guide the instructions that will allow us to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo. First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video. At this point we block the bonnet with the lateral rod; then we accompany the bonnet down to close it again! by ScegliAuto More videos
