Replacing Front Brake Pads

Model: Ford Mondeo / Fusion MK 2 - Years 2000-2007

Unscrew the wheel nuts and lift the vehicle securely. Remove the bolts and take off the wheel. Check the brake fluid level and ensure it is not at maximum. Using a ratchet wrench, unscrew the two bolts of the caliper. Remove the worn brake pads by pulling them out of their seat. Install the new pads, paying attention to the rotation direction stamped on the body. Reattach the caliper with the two bolts. Refit the wheel. Recheck the brake fluid level. Reset the position of the pistons by pressing the brake pedal.
