To reset the service light on a second-generation Ford C-Max, produced from 2010 to 2019, first turn on the instrument cluster without starting the engine. Then, press and hold both the brake and accelerator pedals simultaneously.

You will see a reset notification appear on the information display of the speedometer, so continue to hold both pedals for about twenty seconds until the reset completed notification appears. Finally, restart the vehicle to check if the reset was successful.
