In this tutorial, you will learn how to reset the service light on a Ford Ranger pickup, a very simple and quick operation to perform only after completing all required scheduled maintenance tasks. First, enter the cabin, then insert the key and turn on the instrument cluster, not the engine.

Next, press and hold both the accelerator pedal and the brake pedal, keeping them in position for at least 10 seconds. Once the reset is complete, release them.

Finally, restart the vehicle to complete the procedure.
