Video tutorial

To change the engine oil of the Genesis GV80, disconnect the fasteners securing the lower protective panel of the vehicle to access the oil drain plug. This will allow you to open the drain plug and let the used oil flow into a properly positioned container.

Once the oil has completely drained, close the drain plug to access the top of the engine compartment: on the right side, you will find the oil filter that needs to be removed from its housing and replaced with a new one.

Once unlocked, tilt the seat upwards and forwards to remove it from its position. Repeat this process for both sides of the rear seat. Be careful of any electrical cables or components that may be connected to the seat during removal. Once the rear seat is removed, the disassembly is complete.
