In this video tutorial, you can see how to reset the service light on a GMC Sierra by following a few simple steps that will guide you toward proper vehicle maintenance. First, perform the service on your vehicle, such as an oil change.

Next, get inside your vehicle and secure it with the parking brake engaged. Then, insert the key and turn on the ignition.

Use the buttons on the right side of the steering wheel to navigate through the MENU and look for INFO. Press OK, then scroll with the arrow buttons to find OIL LIFE. Hold the OK button until the reset is complete.
