How to Remove the Spare Tire from the GMC Sierra Mk4

This guide shows how to remove the spare tire from the GMC Sierra Mk4. The spare tire is located under the vehicle's floor while the tools are located under the rear seats. To the right of the license plate, there is a cover that, when opened, reveals a key cylinder to be opened with the vehicle's ignition key. At this point, mount the winch drive tool using the two straight elements and using the lug nut wrench as a handle, rotate the tool counterclockwise to lower the tire. To remove the tire, you need to take out the locking pin from the center of the wheel rim. Reinstalling the tire is done in reverse order.
