After draining the oil from the engine, remove the cover panel (plastic or metal if present) and unscrew the filter using a chain wrench. Lower the vehicle and lift the bonnet, securing it. Finally, top up with new oil. Use the dipstick to check the oil level multiple times until you reach the ideal measurement.
