How to Reset the Service Light on Infiniti QX 80

In this video tutorial, you can see how to reset the service light on the Infiniti QX 80. The first thing to do is perform maintenance on the vehicle, such as changing the engine oil and filters. After completing the DIY service, get in the vehicle and engage the parking brake. Turn on the instrument cluster without starting the engine; now all the dashboard lights are on. Count for three seconds, and after three seconds, press the accelerator pedal five times. At this point, remove your foot from the accelerator and wait for seven seconds. After seven seconds, press and hold the accelerator pedal for 14 seconds. After 14 seconds, remove your foot from the accelerator and then press and hold it again for another 10 seconds. After 10 seconds, remove your foot from the accelerator, turn off the vehicle, and then restart it. At this point, the service light should be cleared.
