How to Replace the Timing Belt on an Iveco Daily

Here are the tips for replacing the timing belt. After safely parking and applying the handbrake, start disassembling the front. Open the bonnet; then remove the headlights, grille, and bumper. Continue with the intercooler, radiator, and fan to access the pulleys. Before removing the covers, disconnect the cables found at the front. Determine the top dead centre; find specific information for your model in the technical manuals. Then remove the old belt and replace it with the new one. Be careful to align the timing. Reassemble everything in reverse order.
