Let's find out in this guide the steps on how to perform the service of the automatic gearbox, replacing the transmission oil, of the Jaguar XF. First we raise the car and start unscrewing the fixing screws of the plastic bulkhead that we find under the engine; after which we unscrew the screws of the gear oil sump, unscrewing the oil vent bolt to let it drain in a container for about ten minutes. At this point we clean the oil pan and replace the gasket with the new one; then pour in the right amount of oil suitable for our transmission!
