Jeep Renegade - Video tutorial

Model: Jeep Renegade BU, 520, MK 1 - Years 2014-2023
Part: Starter motor
Operation: How start & stop works in the Jeep Renegade

In this video we will see how the start & stop system of the Jeep Renegade with automatic transmission works. By default, the start & stop is active at each start and must be deactivated, if desired, by means of the appropriate button at the base of the gearbox. The system will work not immediately but when the engine has reached the correct operating temperature. Whenever we stop for more than 3 seconds the car will automatically shut off (if we have a manual gearbox this will only happen if the car is put in neutral), and then restart by simply pressing the accelerator. It is advisable in case of driving in congested traffic to deactivate it in order not to overload the starter motor and the battery.

How to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo

Let's see in this short and simple guide the instructions that will allow us to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo. First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video. At this point we block the bonnet with the lateral rod; then we accompany the bonnet down to close it again!
