Follow the steps below to correctly complete the manual reset of the engine oil light on your Jeep Cherokee Mk5. First, enter the vehicle and reach the driver's side. Then, turn on the ignition and press the down arrow button (located on the left side of the steering wheel) multiple times until you see the "Vehicle Info" screen. At this point, scroll right and locate the oil life remaining option. Finally, press and hold the "OK" button to complete the reset of the light.
