Kia Cee D - Video tutorial

Model: Kia Cee D MK 3, CD - Years 2018-2024
Part: Hand brake
Operation: How to replace the rear brakes on the Kia C'eed

In this video, we see how to replace the rear brakes on the Kia C'eed with an electric handbrake. After removing the rear wheels, we remove the plug, then we take a battery that can act as a buffer and connect it to the motor, making it rotate a few times. Now we can remove the calipers (we recommend not letting them dangle as shown in the video, as it could damage the circuit), then we remove the brake pads and replace them. We put the calipers back in place and screw them back on. Once the caliper is secured, pump the brake, remove the handbrake battery buffer, and reconnect the plug.

How do you replace the battery of the BMW R 1250 GS?

In order to replace the battery of the BMW R 1250 GS it is necessary to loosen the bolts that secure the casing positioned on the left side of the bike, so that its cover can be removed. Once this has been removed, you will be able to access the components below, including the battery. The latter must be removed from its housing by disconnecting the power cables and unscrewing the appropriate fixing bolts. In this way it will be possible to insert a new battery, properly fixing it and connecting it to the relative cables, covering everything with the casing.
