How to Remove the Radiator Expansion Tank on Lancia Delta

Is the coolant expansion tank broken? Here’s how to replace it. Open the car door and pull up the engine compartment release lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard and lift the front bonnet, securing it. Using a socket or screwdriver, unscrew the securing pins, disconnect the circulation hoses from the tank. Empty the tank of any fluid present. Install a new tank with the associated hoses and pins, refill the cooling system with new coolant. Close the front bonnet after reassembly. Ensure the level is as indicated on the tank.
