Start by opening the trunk, then pry off the plastic panel located on the inner edge of the light to be removed and unscrew the two bolts underneath it. Once done, grasp the light, pull it outward, and separate it from the body. At this point, you can disconnect the connector and proceed with replacing the damaged component.
