What to Do BEFORE Changing the Rear Brake Pads on a Land Rover Evoque

In this video, we will go through the procedure to follow BEFORE changing the rear brake pads on the Land Rover Evoque. On this vehicle, it is not enough to lift the car and remove the wheels to replace the pads; you must follow this procedure: turn on the ignition, press the accelerator pedal all the way down, press the brake button, then turn off the ignition and turn it back on. This way, you will hear the rear piston retracting, and the warning light on the dashboard will illuminate. Now you can proceed with the pad replacement. After completing the operation, perform the reverse: turn off the ignition, turn on the ignition, press the accelerator pedal all the way down, pull up the parking brake switch, turn off the ignition, and turn it back on. The warning light will turn off.
