How to Fix a Car Radio That Won't Turn On

Model: Land Rover Discovery MK 2, Discovery 2, L318 - Years 1998-2004

Consult the owner's manual and check the numbers identifying the fuses related to the car radio that won't turn on. Open the hood and locate the fuse box, which is on the left side, near the passenger side. Check the diagram to see if the radio fuses are located here. If not found, locate them in the fuse box inside the car and check if they need to be replaced. It is located to the left/bottom of the steering wheel. Finally, check the fuse that is right behind the radio. To do this, insert the appropriate release tools into the slots to unlock the clips and, using a plastic lever, pull out the radio. Identify the fuse and replace it if necessary. Now, in most cases, you should have resolved the issue. The car shown in the maintenance operation in the images is a Land Rover Discovery.
