On the Lexus IS, you can find four fuse boxes. The accompanying video shows their exact locations, the number of fuses within them, and various other details such as layout, amperage, identification number, and the function of each individual fuse present in this car model.

As we can see, two boxes are located inside the cabin, one on the driver’s side next to the steering wheel, and the other on the passenger side, beneath the glove compartment. The other two are located in the engine compartment.

The diagram shown in the video is also included in the owner's manual for your Lexus.
