If you want to find out how you can disassemble the gear knob of your Mazda 3 on your own, just read the following guide and follow all the steps described. First, reach the driver's seat inside the car and turn off the engine if you haven't already done so, then grab the gear knob and pull it upwards.

At this point, rotate it counterclockwise until it is completely disassembled and the procedure is successfully completed. If necessary, you can install a new gear knob as long as it is compatible with your Mazda 3.
