Replacement of Front Headlamp Bulb

Model: Mazda 6 GH, MK 2 - Years 2008-2012

To replace the bulbs, it is necessary to completely remove the wheel to access the front lighting. Unscrew the retaining screws of the cover, those under the wheel arch and those under the bumper that secure the grille. Remove the grille from the wheel arch and you will finally have access to the headlamp. Remove the protective cap with a flat screwdriver and using a Torx 15 key, unscrew the bulb holder which should be gently pulled from its housing after removing the electrical connector. Place the assembly on a support and extract the bulb by removing the retainers. Install the new bulb. Refit the bulb holder in its respective housing and reposition the headlamp assembly connecting the relevant connector. Screw in the retaining screws and reassemble everything.
