Operation: How to turn off the particulate filter warning light.

In this video, more than a maintenance or repair, you will be shown how to turn off the particulate warning light. This warning light, like many others, comes on and goes off immediately after the engine starts. After a certain mileage it will certainly remain lit to indicate the necessary replacement of the particulate filter. To turn off the warning light from the instrument panel, you can use this very simple trick. Get some electric wire. Identify the black connector as shown in the video. By squeezing the tab, release the cap to the right of the connector. Now insert one end of the cable into the connector in the upper right contact. Now connect the other end of the cable to the negative pole of the battery. Now turn the ignition key without starting the engine and once the lights have gone out press the accelerator pedal ten times. Once this is done, turn off the picture. The next time the ignition is switched on, the warning light should no longer remain on. Don't forget to remove the electric wire and put the plug back on the connector.
