Today, let's see how to reset the DPF light on a Mazda 6, model produced from 2008 to 2012. Start by opening the bonnet and locating the fuse box on the right. Then, take an electrical cable and connect one end to the top right pin of the socket in the left corner of the fuse box, and the other end to the negative terminal of the battery.

Now, turn on the vehicle's ignition without starting the engine, then press the accelerator pedal ten times to reset the light. Finally, turn off the ignition, remove the electrical cable, and start the vehicle to check if the procedure was successful.
