How to Replace the EGR Valve on a Mercedes Sprinter?

To replace the EGR valve on a Mercedes Sprinter, open the bonnet to locate the valve at the bottom left of the engine block, just below the exhaust manifold. Next, remove the engine oil top-up pipe, then loosen all the screws securing the valve in place.

Disconnect the connectors attached to it to fully remove the old valve. The new valve can then be inserted to ensure everything is functioning correctly.
