How do you replace the EGR valve of the Mercedes Sprinter?

To replace the EGR valve of the Mercedes Sprinter, you need to open the hood so that you can locate the valve in the bottom left part compared to the engine block, right under the exhaust manifold. At this point, you will be able to remove the motor oil filler pipe, then loosen all the screws that fix the valve to its seat; the connectors connected to it must be disconnected in order to completely remove the old valve. The new one can then be inserted to verify that everything is functioning properly.
