In this tutorial, see how to remove the EGR valve on a Mercedes Sprinter van, a very simple and quick operation. Before proceeding, ensure the engine is completely cold for safety.

Then, open the bonnet and locate the valve in question. Disconnect both the collector located on its underside and the sensor connector, unscrew the fixing bolts with a socket spanner, and separate the valve from the engine.

At this point, you can position the replacement and follow the reverse procedure.
