How do you replace the battery in the key fob for a Mercedes E-Class? Let's see how to do it in this detailed video: Take your key fob and use a screwdriver to pry between the key cover and the plastic cap on top of the cover. Pry until the cap separates from the cover; remove the dead battery with a screwdriver (get a new one of the same size and voltage). Reattach the cap to the key fob cover until you hear it click into place. Check the proper functioning of the key fob by testing the door lock and unlock buttons.
