Replace the Battery on Mercedes C-Class

Replacing the battery on a Mercedes C-Class? Remove the battery located in the front engine compartment. Open the car door and pull up the engine compartment release lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard, then lift the front hood, disengaging the locking lever with your fingers, and secure it. Once the engine compartment is open, you will find the battery cover at the top left; remove it from the compartment. Unscrew the fastening pins of the battery terminals, then remove the battery from the engine compartment and replace it with a new one (same voltage). Close the hood after replacement. Start the engine and test its operation.
