How to Remove the Starter Motor on a Class A

How do you remove the starter motor from a Mercedes A? Remove the necessary covers to access the starter motor. Lift the hood of the vehicle, disconnect the battery cables. Remove the engine cover panel to access the back of the engine and remove the starter motor. Disconnect the starter motor power terminals with a wrench, unscrew the mounting bolts of the starter motor, and remove it from the engine compartment. Install the new starter motor with the power cables and the associated mounting screws. Test the vehicle after installation.
