This video explains how to check the engine oil level using the on-board computer controls. The car in question is a Mercedes M-Class. Park and turn off the car's engine and let it stand for at least five minutes. Insert the ignition key and let it click twice (position 2). There is a small button in the odometer area that you will need to quickly press twice. The oil level is 1.0: the perfect level! If the level were insufficient, messages would appear that quantify the quantity of missing oil. In the latter case, it will be sufficient to top up the oil and check the level with the dipstick.
