Inside the Mercedes S-Class, the fuses are located in dedicated fuse boxes installed in the vehicle: there are four in this type of vehicle. The first two are located in the engine compartment, at the top under the windshield: these contain the fuses for the low beam headlights, fuel pump, starter motor, etc. The second box is located under the rear seat on the passenger side and contains the fuses for the courtesy lights, cigarette lighter, etc. The last box is located in the trunk, under the carpet at the base: it contains the fuses for the parking sensors, taillights, etc.
