Let's see in this guide how to open, in an emergency, the MG Hector, with the remote control battery flat. First we take our remote control and start by removing the physical key from inside it, pulling it outwards; then we go to remove the plastic cover of the lock, located next to the handle, as shown in the video. At this point we are going to open the car, being able to access it inside; then we replace the remote control battery later, remembering to replace the plastic cover of the lock.
