How to Change Oil on Mitsubishi Colt

Change the engine oil on a Mitsubishi Colt? Lift the car on a jack and locate the bolt to remove. Use a socket to unscrew the large securing bolt of the container cap where the oil filter is located. Allow the used oil to drain into a container. Unscrew the worn oil filter and fit a new one (use a chain wrench). Lower the car and remove the jack. Unclip and lift the front bonnet. Finally, top up with the new oil and close the front bonnet. Test the operation of the car in all its parts.
