The amount of engine oil that the Mitsubishi Colt needs is 5.2 liters. This must have a viscosity coefficient equal to 5W40. In addition to the engine oil, we also need to get the oil filter as they need to be replaced together. In the first few minutes of the video it is also shown how to replace the air filter but this operation is not useful for the purpose of changing the engine oil. What we have to do, however, is to position ourselves under the car with a collection container and open the pin of the oil pan to drain the exhausted lubricant. We close the pin and replace the oil filter before moving to the front hood to fill in the new engine oil.
