In this short and simple guide, you will learn how to perform the routine maintenance service by replacing the engine oil and oil filter of the Mitsubishi Outlander. First, lift the vehicle and start unscrewing the oil drain bolt found on the sump, allowing it to drain into a container for about ten minutes; then remove the oil filter using the appropriate spanner, replacing the cartridge with a new one, as shown in the video.

At this point, unscrew the filler cap and pour in the new engine oil, filling to the maximum level!
