Replacing the fuel filter on a 2016 Nissan Juke is a fairly complex operation because in order to replace the filter, you also need to replace the pump since the module is unique. We start the replacement by opening the hood and disconnecting the battery. Immediately after, we open the fuel tank cap and remove the rear seats in order to access the pump module, which you will need to unscrew with a Philips key. After removing the cover, you will need to disconnect the connector and the tube. Using a key, unscrew the nut and remove the pump. Insert the new pump and close everything up. Insert the filter and close the fuel tank. Start the vehicle and run the engine for a few minutes. Then, reassemble the removed parts and close the hood.
