How to Disable the Passenger Airbag on the Nissan X Trail

Model: Nissan X Trail T32, MK 3 - Years 2014-2023

To disable the passenger airbag on the Nissan X Trail model 3, open the passenger door and the glove compartment on the right side, so you can insert the car key into the airbag lock and set it to OFF. Then, turn on the instrument cluster to verify that the airbag has been disabled. To reactivate it, follow the same steps but move the toggle to ON. Remember to reactivate the safety device once you have finished transporting goods or children in a baby seat, as this device can make a difference in the event of an accident.
