It measures the pressure in the intake manifold, and the ECU manages the correct amount of diesel to send to the injectors. If the sensor is dirty, the readings will be incorrect, affecting the information sent to the ECU. It is advisable to clean it alongside the EGR, as they are located close to each other. First, disconnect the electrical connector, then unscrew the fixing screw and remove the sensor. Clean it with a specific product that leaves no residue, such as WD-40 for contacts.
