Let's see how to replace the windshield washer pump on the Opel Karl: we need to open the hood and remove the front right headlight, removing the two upper fixing plates, secured with screws; we gently unlock the headlight by pulling it forward and disconnect the electrical connectors. Once the headlight is removed, the windshield washer tank will be visible; the pump is vertically housed in the tank, with two connected tubes. On the left is the one that goes to the windshield, on the right is the one that goes to the rear window. Disconnect the two tubes, using a rag (liquid may come out); the pump has a bayonet fitting and we insert the new pump - which we will have purchased on Amazon with the code B006DHY3UC brand Febi Bilstein at the price of 11.90 euros, free one-day delivery for Prime customers - connect the tubes respecting the positions, reassemble the headlight and fix the cover plates. If the tubes are hardened or cracked, it is the right time to replace them.
